In the laboratory of our department, there is a Biostatistics student application laboratory with 10 computers, 1
projector and 1 laser printer.

Biostatistics course is given at the undergraduate level in the Department of Biometrics. At the graduate level,
Biostatistics and Experiment Planning, Applied Biostatistics I, Statistical Package Programs I, Basic Bioinformatics,
Statistical Methods Used in Bioinformatics I, Biostatistics, Statistical Package Programs II, Advanced Biostatistics,
Multivariate Statistical Methods, Experiment Planning courses are given.

In the above-mentioned programs within our Department, 3 students have received education in the Master’s
program so far.
In the doctoral program, 1 student has completed his education, and 1 student continues his doctorate education
within the scope of YÖK 100/2000 program.

In our department, 13 scientific research projects supported by YÖK and 2 scientific research projects supported
by TÜBİTAK projects have been supported.
Since its establishment, our department has conducted 15 articles published in national refereed journals, 27 arti-
cles published in international refereed journals, 16 presentation presented at national scientific meetings and pub-
lished in proceedings books, and 34 oral presentation presented in international scientific meetings and published
in proceedings books.
