10.4. Horse Riding Club

The Equestrian Club was founded in 2013 with the student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Şafak KATRAN-
CI (Equestrian Club Student President) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kutlay GÜRBULAK, Prof. Dr. Tayfur
BEKYÜREK, faculty members of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and continues its activities with a total of
93 students in different faculties and schools in 2021 with veterinary faculty student Erva DENİZ (President) and
veterinary faculty student Buğra AKTER (Vice President). The activities of the club in general; Basic training in
horse riding, routine horse riding in Equestrian Facilities, meeting breakfast in Equestrian Facilities, trip to Mount
Erciyes, technical trip to JAKEM, trip to Cappadocia region and visit to horse farms, Book-stationery materials aid
to schools with limited opportunities.
