Mission

To train qualified, honest and virtuous veterinarians who aim to build fully-independent, strong and Great Türkiye and who are interested in technology, by teaching with universal values,

To enable these individuals to reach the level of anatomical knowledge that will prepare them for the occupational and non-occupational situations that they will encounter in life and to understand the relation between form and function,

To produce the necessary knowledge and technology in the fields that our country needs through scientific research

About of Department

There are 2 professors, 1 associate professor and 1 research assistant. A graduate program was opened in 2002 and a doctoral program in 2004, and both programs are still active. There are 15 graduate students in total, including 2 PhD students and 13 Master’s Degree students. There are 4 projects conducted at our department. In our department, there is a laboratory for students’ practices, cadaver dissection, detection and storage laboratory, 1 cold storage for cadaver detection and storage with classical method, 1 large cadaver storage pool, 2 perfusion pumps, 1 range hood and 2 fume hoods. There are boiler and assembly materials used for forming skeleton.
