The Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Council of Deans held meetings on many issues and took
many decisions. In addition to these, they made correspondence on comments, evaluations, proposals for opening
departments and programs, events and many more. Some of these are listed below;

BOARD MEETING
1. It was suggested that the opening and naming of the departments be discussed in the Council of Deans
2. It was recommended to increase the number of norm staff in veterinary faculties
3. Establishment and increase in the number of staff of Veterinary Faculties Animal Hospitals was recommended
4. It is recommended to evaluate the status of summer schools in all faculties
5. EAEVE and VEDEK membership proposals of faculties were discussed

7. It is recommended to revise the emergency clinic, clinic, outpatient clinic and hospital regulations
8. It was suggested to correct the nomenclature in the field of associate professorship

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
Decision:
Our Executive Board of the Council of Deans of Veterinary Faculties, “Meeting the Demands for Vaccination of Academic,
03.05.2021 Technical Administrative Staff and Intern Students Working in Veterinary Faculties by including them in the Priority Vacci-
nation List Against Covid-19” is a very important and vital issue that requires urgency. It was unanimously decided to accept
the initiative to forward the priority vaccination request to the Ministry of Health through the Council of Higher Education
(YÖK) in line with legal and scientific grounds without loss.
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING
With the re-evaluation of the “National Core Education Program in Veterinary Medicine (VUÇEP-2019)”, which was gathered
07.06.2021 online at 15:30 on Thursday, 07.06.2021, at 15:30, and sent to be simplified from the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) Medicine/
Health Council Presidency. Interviews were conducted on the report prepared. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to
send the report prepared to the Inter-University Board (ÜAK) Medicine/Health Council Presidency.
