The regulation implemented in the first years of education in Erüvf was the “ERU Exam Regulation” ERUVF’s

first “Education and Examination Regulation” entered into force on 24.04.1996. 3

This Regulation was replaced by the “Exam Regulations” , dated 28.05.2003 and numbered 25121, and then the

Regulation numbered 25452 dated 04.05.2004 . In the next period, the applications were carried out according

to the “ERU Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education Regulation” published in the Official Gazette dated
15.06.2012 and numbered 28324.
Today, education at the undergraduate level continues according to the “Erciyes University Faculty of Veteri-
nary Education and Examination Directive” accepted at the meetings of the ERU Senate on 27.05.2021 and
10.06.2021.

It was determined that 31 students were enrolled in ERÜVF between 1995-1996, when they started education, and
a total of 1658 students were enrolled between 1995-2020 (Table 3). There are 554 active students in ERUVF in
the 2020-2021 academic year, of which 359 (64.8%) are male and 195 (35.2%) are female.
